With the new 4 characters, I ended up liking them a little more than the sakamaki douche clan. They at least treat the main girl, Yui, with some decency. I actually enjoyed some ( Repeat Some >.<) of the scenes between them and Yui this time around. While the other brothers just got me irritated whenever they were on screen. These guys are supposed to be the main love interests for Yui and I ended up rooting for thier rivals more than for those douchebags >,< Now don't get me wrong, the rivals have thier douchey qualities as well (cause this show can't have even one all around good guy) but at least with them I saw some redeemable qualities which is way more than I can say for our first 6. As for Yui, she is still as much a one dimensional character in this season as she was in the last one, and still as useless as ever. I really don't know what else I can say about her at this point :/
In this season it looks like they at least attempted to have a storyline but the story itself was poorly explained and confusing. And it kept getting pushed aside or forgotten completely every few episodes just for more scenes of Yui getting passed around like a bag of chips again, up until the last few episodes. By the end it felt so rushed I still don't really know what happened at the ending of it all ᕙ(⇀‸↼‶)ᕗ I can't even say that ending was even an ending. The second to last episode was left on a cliffhanger and it wasn't even close to resolved by the end of the last episode, in fact absolutely nothing was resolved by the last episode. I had to go on the wiki to read what the hell just happened and I got more insight from the story from there than from the show itself. That's what happens when you really start a story 3 episodes before the ending.Confusion.
Even though I think this is a little better than the last season it was still a very poor season with little to no character development, non-existent story and unrelatable characters. I'm going to say the same thing here that I said in my last review. I wouldn't waste my time with this show, if you're really interested in watching it I would suggest playing the game instead, you're bound to get more enjoyment from it than from this piece of crap. Learn from my mistakes.(^.^)
