Don't listen to the suckers who say this show is a turd. They're turds. Cyguard isn't art. Ok so it isn't "GOOD" from an analytic perspective. The most interesting parts about the setting are barely touched upon. The characters don't do or say enough for you to care about them. Worst of all, English subs are impossible to find and the dub sounds like it was done by 5 college students on a deadline.
But here's the thing:
CARNAGE, JUSTICE, AND MECHA BATTLES WITH AN APE CREATURE. Sound like fun?
You don't need to watch this movie. Nobody does. but if you're up for some hot-blooded fisticuffs with rad-tastic music and random decapitations, you WANT to to watch this.
Ok, fair warning: the animation is abysmal outside the action. Hopefully you are only watching this for the action anyway.
