Around those episodes is where Keita is already accepted into Tamahide highschool and funny episodes revolve around events that happen afterwards. The OVA episodes are no different from the 2010 adaptation, however the few OVA episodes that were set before Keita entered Tamahide, I'll have to say, a lot more ecchi and borderline hentai I have seen, that it rivals To Love Ru Darkness.
Nonetheless it doesn't matter too much the order you watch the two anime, they both are good and provide a similar amount of enjoyment. I enjoyed this series and will follow it until it ends since they plan to continue it.
Of course this is my personal opinion of how the anime isn't that bad, and might be worth watching, you don't have to listen to it.
The characters are unique in some ways and each personality add to the work as a whole, tying in the not really progressing plot it turns out to be a good chuckle/time killer.
I would recommend watching it if you like similar series such as To Love Ru, or Rosario + Vampire.
