Very similar in the structure, for the start it's funny and it becomes more serious.
The stories in both mangas are set in prestigious high schools for children of the elite.
Both mangas are focused on comedy and romance and both of them have good art with some similarities.

Both of MC are respectable, they have their own pride and honor from their own side. The love progression start from war, even thought they surely love each other. Both of them also have a “war” between them, psychological war in Love is War, and Pride & Clan Wars in Romio-Juliet.
Their Progression on character, event, love is very adorable to watch, best rom-com pair so far i watched!
Both are wholesome romcoms with similar protagnonists

Firstly, both genre are romance+comedy, and both theme are also school. But compare to Kaguya, Juliet's story is actually better. Unlike kaguya, the story always have a mainline and the artstyle is more stable I would say. Not saying Kaguya is bad, but Juliet is worth to read if you like Kaguya.
