Both are about girls who gain magical powers and have to collect stones to save someone/save the world.
Time Stranger Kyouko and Dream Saga are two shoujo manga where the main character is a girl who has to find various people with magical stones in order to save someone. The art in both are beautiful and there's a somewhat big cast of characters. Time Stranger Kyouko is probably more suitable for an older audience, though.
