While Blue Sky Complex feels more relaxed, any drama in Colourful Line is grounded and down to earth. Both have a shy booky guy as protagonist, though their love interests are somewhat different; Blue Sky Complex has a delinquent who likes to read, while Colourful Line has an emotional extrovert who falls in love quickly.
