Both Manhua fall under the virtual reality MMO (VRMMO) category.
Yureka leans more towards the action adventure features of what you might find in a MMO, while 1/2 Prince comes with the addition of romance.
Both series have the virtual reality game aspect, with ample amounts of humor and game technicalities/mechanisms. Similar in almost every way except the transvestite part. 1/2 Prince also seems more shoujo while Yureka is more shounen.

Centering around the online fantasy-scape of popular virtual MMORPGs, the plot centers around the main character's group of friends/usual party members and their adventures in the online game they play. Both leads have a similar air about them where they both try to shoulder burdens and act tough. They both have their moments of fun and seriousness intermingled.
