Reverse harems, anyone? Me and My Brothers is a bit less romance centric, in that the girl is their step sister, but it is var var cute and pokes fun at all the male sterotypes like Ouran tends to. It has chara like Tamaki, Mori, Kyouya, and one similar to Hikaru. If you enjoyed Ouran, please give Me and My Brothers a try!

Both are reverse harems. The romance in ouran is really similar to this manga. Tamaki and masashi are both in denial that they love the main characters. Tamaki sees it that he's her father, so that its fatherly love, when masashi sees it as brotherly love. When actually they aren't even related. The comedy in these mangas are super funny and I guarantee you'll love them both.
