In both KWMS and Last Game, the guy likes the girl first but the girl doesn't like the guy; The girl is strong, doesn't really have intrest in most things, doesn't pay much attention to the guy, the art is a bit simular, both vary cute! I get a KWMS feel when reading Last Game. :)

Both series takes has a main male protagonist who has a wise mind and admired by many others. However, there is one girl that always competes against him to see who is better. There is strong evident amount of romantic development as their story progresses. In addition, we find out more about the characters at a persona level. Both series has lighthearted comedy and is especially recommended for shoujo readers.
just like special A and kaichow wa maid sama. they have the same plot where both of them compete and they end up in love. it's cute
They both are very similar. Boys: KWMS - Usui: handsome, rich , good at everything
LG - Yanagi : Handsome, Rich good at everything (except , he can't beat Kujo)
Girls : (now here is a big difference), Misaki is the Demon president while Kujo is very quiet) But both girls are smart. ( and not interested in the Male mc)
Both male MC's objective is to make the girls to fall in love with them

If you liked Kaichou wa maid-sama, you'll definitely like Last game (or not :p )
It's the same basic idea where a rich guy fall in-love with a poor girl. But the plot and the characters personalities are totally different.... If you're interested, it wouldn't be harmful to give it a try!
