The whole 'perfect at school, messy at home' plot is very much like Hotaru no Hikari except that the latter is set in the protagonist's 20's in a workplace environment. I can't believe no one's mentioned this one!! But yeah, very, very similar lead girls.
The way the mc's act and their behavior behind the scenes is really similar though Switch Girl is a shoujo and Hotaru is a josei.
