Both are made by the same person, so have a similar style. Both have a mixture of dark themes and comedy, as well as interesting world building and characters.
Same mangaka, so the overall feel is very similar, lots of comedy and darkness, and food.
Same mangaka and art style. Both look very sketchy but still both contain extreme detail. Both protagonists have go lucky attitudes despite constantly being in very violent and difficult situations. These attitudes tend to also get both of them in lots of trouble.
The comedy in both series is also pretty similar.

They share the same genius author, Q Hayashida. Both stories are dark, innovative, unique, &...well, fun. Dorohedoro is my favorite manga; &, Dai Dark has done nothing to disappoint in its first few volumes.

Both are creations by Hayashida Q featuring necromancy, magic, hyper-violence, quirky humour, rich worldbuilding, masks, deaths, resurrections, skulls, and buff ladies.
Dorohedoro takes place in two fictional cities connected with magical portals while Dai Dark takes place in space.
