Manhwa about a protagonist that has to share housing with a psychopath and endure their abuse. While Bastard is a true psychological work, Killing Stalking is mainly an edgy BL fanservice galore.
Both have dark atmospheres, though Killing Stalking is much darker. Also, the main characters are troubled and they find themselves forced into situations with people who are much more messed up than they are. There's somewhat of a recurring theme of love in both series. This includes the presence of love, ways of showing love, and complete absence of love. Neither series is too heavy on the love though. Just read it for the psychological themes.

Murder! Suspense! Violence!
These series have similar themes and both have relationship elements. But instead of having a somewhat romantic relationship like between Bum and Sangwoo. It has a father-son relationship between Jin and his father.
Also, if you liked the art style of one, you will almost definitely like the art style of the other
