Both anime teach you the biology of your own body in a comedic way. 30-sai no Hoken Taiiku only makes XXX jokes while Anime de Wakaru Shinryounaika is more general; though it makes plenty XXXually oriented jokes as well.
Both are only medium/short in length so I can really recommend them if you are in the mood for a quick laugh
Two educational anime, one dealing with romantic relationships and the other with various diseases. For both, the episodes are pretty short and the different tips are often represented in diagrams. They are also similar in the comedy theme with some dirty and absurd humor.
