Almost the same kind of art, same kind of humor (a bit ecchi :3) and the same kind of characters. There is also that master and familiar thingy.
Both are about magic and familiars. Though the roles of the male and female leads were switched, it still focuses on how a perverted male lead gets the attention of various females and is determined on making a harem, and both female leads always tries to stop them and also abuses them XD
Both animes end somewhat happily with the lead characters together
