Baccano!

If you liked the non-stop action and eccentric/intriguing cast of characters in Baccano! I have a feeling you'd definitely like Black Lagoon. Sure, it doesn't have quite the focused storyline Baccano! had, but it is well worth watching nonetheless.
Both are action-packed mafia-related series with great characters.

Blood, guns, gangsters...both shows have them in ample supply, though the settings are different.

Mafia, violence and dark humor.
Action packed anime with bulletproof characters, badass women, guns and guts.
Basically no one in the story can be considered 'the good guy'.
Also, given the non-Japanese setting, in both there is a majority of foreign people.

Both involve extreme blood and violence.
Both have sadistic characters and mafia.
In both there are non japanese characters.
Baccano! and Black Lagoon both feature real-world settings that are neither present-day nor Japanese: Baccano! is set in Prohibition-era America, and Black Lagoon takes place on the waters of southeast Asia circa 1990. Both Baccano and Black Lagoon feature criminal protagonists, and neither has any characters that can truly be described as "lawful;" in both series, even the "good guys" are thieves or smugglers. Both feature brawls, gunfights, blood, and gore in great abundance, and both series have great dubs to boot.
Both are mostly action, specifically gunfights. The characters and their abilities are generally over the top. Good animation, which is a blast to watch, and a lot of though not a ridiculous amount of violence and bloodshed.
Because Black Lagoon and Baccano! are both just so much fun. Both of these take place in the world of gangsters and crooks, and both anime are filled to the brim with gratuitous gore, over the top gun and knive fights and a snarky script full of brilliant black humour.

Both Baccano! and Black Lagoon have some of the best gun action out there. The fight scenes never get old. They also both have a somewhat psychological facet and will almost always keep you on the edge of your seat.
Both these series have are very violent, yet super fun, tons of crazy killer characters all interacting in both series. They also both use a similarly more realistic animation style in color palette and character design.
Both Black Lagoon and Baccano! revolve around mafias and gangs. While their forms of storytelling differ greatly, each divulge into the subject of gang-related violence and misunderstandings. Each have lots of similar action, mainly gun fights and some hand-to-hand. They each have a variety of unique and interesting characters within the multiple gangs and groups. Black Lagoon focuses more on the gangs' jobs themselves, rather than a story involving them, but for the action-loving viewer this will be just fine. Black Lagoon is a bit more realistic in terms of genre, but tends to be a bit over the top with some fight scenes. Over

For those interested in anime about crime organizations and awesome characters, these two series compliment each other pretty well. I would also advise to watch the second and third seasons of Black Lagoon to get a more complete story from the series
