Joker Game has more episodic aproach, so every episode there are new mysteries and new spies, although there is some connecting tissue. Senkou no Night Raid has story arc through whole series.

Both maintain a similar tense feel throughout, although Night Raid has a growing plot while Joker Game is more episodic. Both are decent watches and if you enjoyed one, you'll probably enjoy the other.
