both animes involve with similar stories about teams that should fight against each in deadly battles Akame ga kill! revolve around modern city and politics plus funny moments but basilisk is much sadder and more violent then akame ga kill!

In both series's there are two opposing factions that fight until few of the cast are left by the end.
