Both are based on MMORPGs. I enjoy Sword Art Online much more though and Ragnarok can be dark at times.
Both series based off an MMO RPG. Different storylines but similar characters, scenario's regarding levels, bosses and guilds and such. It's impossible to like one and not the other. highly reccomend both.
