Comedy with similar character dynamics, a girl teasing a socially awkward guy.
Both are comedy series that revolve around a chick annoying and teasing a male protagonist. As the two main characters interact expect a lot of sweetness and humour as these characters have fun and draw closer together as a romance begins to blossom. Takagi differs being set in high school and revolving around innocent love, while Uzaki-chan features adult characters with more ecchi styled humour. Overall, if you enjoy especially sweet comedies that revolve around the interaction between two characters becoming closer together you can expect to enjoy both series.
Both are about people that obviously like each other, but instead of being straightforward with their feelings, choose to express their emotions through teasing and taunts. Fun romantic slice-of-life comedy as long as you're not bothered by the slow development of the main ship.
Both anime feature the female MC often teasing the easily flustered male MC. The only difference is that Takagi-san is set in Middle School while Uzaki-chan is set in college.

Romantic comedies where the girl teases the boy. But unlike Uzaki-chan, Takagi-san's jokes are more cute. Hard to explain, but basically it's lighter jokes

Clueless guy and aggressive girl dynamic. The similarities are just way more than there is to mention explicitly.
The only difference is that the Uzaki story is college-themed, so it has sexual jokes. Unlike the innocent middle-school Takagi-san story.
In both Anime, Girls are Skilled teasers who like the guy but always teases them.
Both are Slice of life anime.

Both anime are about teasing but karakai jouzu no takagi-san is quite wholesome to watch whereas uzaki-chan wa asobitai is just uzaki being annoying.
Both shows feature a titular female character teasing a male lead.
Both shows follow a slice-of-life format and overall presentation.
Takagi-san is more reserved, slower-paced, and the humor is far more "clever".
Uzaki-chan is more "hyper", has much faster pacing, and it is easily the "trashier" of the two series.
If you liked either one, you would probably enjoy the other as well.
