The male leads are expected to serve the female leads but are often unsatisfactory though they are proven to have hidden capabilities later on. The female leads are tsundere characters, while the male leads both develop attachments and become loyal to the females. Both the shows are of the fantasy genre. And the plots basically have the same "band-together-to-defeat-the-forces-of-evil" type of theme, but aren't really very similar. They both also have fanservice.

In both anime an unwilling male has to become the slave of a Tsundere Loli due to some magical ritual. Both male leads don't want this at all, which leads to a lot of frustration on the female lead's part because they expect the males to follow their every command. Aside from this the main characters are pretty similair too. Both are cute but bossy tsundere lolis, that expect the male lead to do whatever they say, and get easily jealous when the male lead gets along well with another girl.
