Both are trying to restrict sexual behavior, and shame people who like it or want to engage in it. Both the alien space bugs and the decency squad, have a really strong foothold over human society, and some of them have even obtain political office, therefore passing laws very similar to the ones in Shimoneta. A must watch for anyone who’s seen Shimoneta.
