The main character of both series acquires a power of another creature without him really wanting it. Due to this his whole life changes and he has to adept to his power and learn to live it. That's not all, now people also want to kill him. If you like dark action based stories, then you should watch these anime. The action and powers in htem are very cool and exciting!
Both are dark (to some extent) and got a lot of fighting involved.
Both are ridiculously OP yet you may fall for them one day because of that.
Both MC's are fighting with their inner self.
Both got amazing soundtracks which will give you the feels.

Like in Tokyo Ghoul, there are 3 sides in Bleach: The Soul Reapers are like the CCG, the Hollows are like the evil ghouls, and Ishigo and his squad is like Kanagi's.
Kanagi is half human half ghoul, and Ishigo is part human, part soul reaper, but also part hollow
