One tries to run a failing fantastical theme park set in the real world and involves the struggles there within. The other tries to sell the otaku culture to a fantastical world and involves the struggles there within. Anime babes. Trust me. These are very similar and the comedy is great.
In both, the protagonist suddenly finds himself surrounded by a bunch of magical/goofy characters, while assigned with a 'relatively' serious task.
