Aoi Bungaku Series

Both have serious and mature drama, and similar psychological themes dealing with peoples' inner monsters.
Mature/psychological, good animation and dark atmosphere. They teach us some values and the stories are very well done and explained.
Both are very dark and serious dramas that are by the same studio and have the same atmosphere. In particular, I could not help but compare Monster to "No Longer Human".

Both series are structured with multiple different stories in which many characters face their own crisis, one of these crisis is about finding their own identities, and also facing against their inner monster, the episode "No Longer Human" is a clear example that can easily be compared to Monster. Both are followed with a very creepy and tense atmosphere
Both are fantastic Psychological animes that perfectly captures the human mind. Aoi Bungaku is a phenomenal work filled with 6 different stories and all of them have a unique presentation of Human psychology. In Aoi Bungaku they show you an insight to their characters thoughts and feelings all while following a fantastic storyline. Aoi Bungaku is one of the best psychological animes there is! Definitely give it a shot if you like animes like Monster, Ergo Proxy, etc.
