Both depict daily lives or moderately eccentric people. Acchi Kocchi is about schoolkids, while Danna ga Nani wo Itteiru ka Wakaranai Ken is about people in their late twenties.
Both have non-violent and non-invasive kind of romance, where people care for each other despite sharing misunderstandings, and in both couple's friends are a tad more eccentric than stated couples.

I Can't Understand What My Husband Is Saying is simply about a blossoming romance between a loving couple often in comedic scenarios. Acchi Kocchi has a similar breed of humor I Can''t Understand What My Husband has and both have very likable characters. Both series even develop the supporting cast than some romantic comedy do in a through and delightful manner and often have enjoyable stories beyond the romance. The presentation in both anime are also enjoyable in their own way unique way, but deliver the humor in similar fashion. While watching these shows I always had a smile on my face. They show the daily lives of a group of people and don't really have a set plot. Each of the characters are enjoyable in their own way, and more likely than not you will find somebody you prefer more. Although the anime vary in length and are set in different places (school, not school) they gave off similar vibes to me. If you are looking for a lighthearted, funny anime then you should definitely watch this show.
