Although GSNK has a stronger shoujo/romance feel than Nichijou, it is definitely more focused on comedy than actual romance. I wouldn't put it on the same level as Nichijou in regards to "randomness" but it has the same sort of "wtf?!" sense of humor without being crude or crass. It is a fun, somewhat simple anime. If Nichjou made you laugh, I would highly recommend GSNK.

Both are adaptations of gag 4koma manga. Nichijou had a lot of wild, unpredictable humor, and I feel Nozaki-kun does the same thing but with a focus on shoujo manga tropes. If you're an artist and liked the Nichijou episode about working on manga, this series has a lot of art-related jokes that will have you bursting with laughter. Both shows have really enjoyable, funny characters with interesting quirks!

There is nothing quite like Nichijou. It is on a whole other tier of humor, quality, and uniqueness. That being said, so is Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun! Both of these anime are truly sublime slice-of-life that fill you with an unprecedented joy and levity, truly some of the best slice of life anime. Both contain that wonderful unique humor that is guaranteed to lift you up and comfort you, while also containing a great amount of heart and beauty. I turn to both of these series when I'm feeling especially lost in life or feeling really down, and they always make me find myself again. Ahh,   read more

Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun happily pokes fun at the tropes and quirks of manga in a similar way to how Nichijou pokes fun at anime. Both are drop-dead hilarious, with interesting casts, and a good balance of continuous plot and random one-time jokes.
