Both shows has steady and calm pace, impressive world building, in which you can see a reflection of our own, but with it's own twist, and specific culture and traditions. In both stories the characters undergo a lot of development, and in the same way, their growth is evident in the end. Albeit being fantasy shows, they both remain very grounded into the boundaries of the created worlds, presenting it as plausible and comprehensible part of their everyday. Both series tackles themes of parenthood and the slowly developing feelings of realizing it's importance.

Sousou no Frieren
Both Violet Evergarden and Frieren: Beyond Journey's End are TV series renowned for their high production quality, featuring stunning art, animation, music, and direction. They feature strong heroines on journeys of self-discovery, grappling with human connection and emotions they don't quite understand. Main characters of both shows (Violet Evergarden in Violet Evergarden, Frieren in Sousou no Frieren) are strong and seemingly emotionless, but as their journey proceeds, they meet many new people who enrich their perspective about the world and, more importantly, human emotions. Their reason of wanting to know humans better is somewhat similar, as it has roots in an important person to each of them heavily influencing their choice. What's more, these two anime are set in a world after a huge conflict's end, in the times of peace. While talking about similarities, it's also worth of pointing out the biggest differences between these two anime. It's because that despite their shared themes, elements and the fact that both of them are set in fictional universes, the shows offer distinct experiences: Sousou no Frieren is a high fantasy story, while Violet Evergarden presents a fictional world reminiscent of the post-WW1 era in terms of society, technology, etc.

First of all, they both have similar feeling to them. Their flow is pretty nice, light-hearted (even tho they have darker moments/themes, but they still feel more light-hearted easy to watch kind) They also have similar character dynamics: - the female leads are both timid, shy and have had bad experiences with people before. Hence they don't really know to ask for things for themselves etc. and are just happy being in a calm and nice environment. - the male leads are op but a bit clumsy with people and that leads to their interactions with FL being entertaining to watch. Overall feel good shows with a bit of magic and fantasy elements in them and ofc lots of funny misunderstandings. If you enjoyed one, I'm sure you'll enjoy the other one as well.

Kiznaiver
Kiznaiver and Penguindrum give their audience a similar "alternative-worldly" experience, and they both include teens/young adults trying to understand why they feel a strange emotion and wanting to save what they love. With Kiznaiver, the plot surrounds Katsuhira and his seven comrades, whereas in Penguindrum there are the twin brothers Kanba and Shouma and their little sister. Additionally, there are plushies/people in costumes as background characters, and no one questions why they are running around. The vibes feel very alike, but Kiznaiver is slightly less dark. I would recommend if you enjoyed the series and would like to feel the odd sensation again.

Anime: Dungeon Meshi
...then you might like
Dungeon Meshi
These shows take on familiar fantasy settings and flip the concept (Dungeons and a Demon Lord respectively) on its head especially if we talk about the tonal shifts these two take on sometimes only to go back to the story as if nothing happened. Said quality also relates to the fact that these characters are about fending off and caring for themselves, showing signs of blue-and-orange morality in which sometimes the moral framework of characters is downright foreign to the human experience, such as the looming notion that eating monsters is taboo in Dungeon Meshi and some certain kinds of magic, the uncaring amounts of destruction Idaten cause, as well not acting surprised at the sight of the death of others. In Idaten the titular characters are so powerful that humans are sidelined most of the time for their objectives while in Dungeon Meshi the dungeon's curse is a commonality for adventurers and as such bloodshed is common, in particular a scene where orcs attack humans our main group doesn't do much to stop them or care even. They also have impressive action animation so you'd probably enjoy one if you already do the other, the world of Idaten doesn't have as much variety in monster species as in Dungeon Meshi but manages inventive demon designs and powers, plus an interesting magic power system for the Idaten.

Girls Band Cry
Really weird that these two anime are airing the same season because they are extremely similar. Both are music anime about a squad of girls trying to make it. Jellyfish is about a virtual idol and her entourage, while Girls Band Cry is about, well, a band. Both shows have two main girls who might be in love with each other. Both have one of the main girls who was a succesful idol but quit for some reason, and their old group comes back in the story to haunt them. They are two very character focused stories with their fair shares of drama and comedy. While Jellyfish is IMO stronger in the directing and overall plot line, Girls Band Cry has better music, comedy and character. Both shows are my favorites this season and you can't go wrong with either of them!

Both Madoka Magica and the Gridman series (SSSS.Gridman-SSSS.Dynazenon-Gridman Universe) are 'deconstructions' of their genre but really end up being more of a modern, dramatic, celebration of them. Gridman and Gridman universe have overall plots that are fairly reminiscent of Madoka Magica Rebellion that's hard to get into without spoilers. Yuuta Hibiki is basically the male equivalent of Madoka Kaname. He is a careful, nervous, and somewhat reluctant hero that has a tremendous amount of power. When his friends are in danger and there's someone to save, he becomes a confident and unstoppable force of hope. They tend to act very similar in everyday life scenes. Light spoilers:
They eventually depict him with golden eyes in a very similar way to Madokas.
The Gridman series seems to reference Madoka Magica rebellion. There are some scenes, especially in the Gridman Universe movie, that are animated or thematically similar to events in Madoka. Madoka Rebellion and Gridman Universe spoiler:
There is a line about controlling the entropy of the universe in the Gridman Universe movie, as the main villain wants to trap someone to use human emotion to control the universe, similar to Kyubey.
It is similar with Haikyuu!! because it focuses on the main character (and their team) playing in tournaments, aiming for national team and going for international competitions. Attack no 1 and Haikyuu!! are shoujo and shounen respectively, but the focus is on the sport.

"Romantic Killer" and "The World God Only Knows" share many similarities. Both have main characters who initially want nothing to do with romance. Anzu prefers her hobbies over love, while Keima likes video game girls more than real ones. They are both forced into romantic situations by magical beings—Anzu by a wizard and Keima by a demon. These shows mix love and comedy, leading to funny situations. Each character encounters several potential love interests, making things more complicated. Over time, Anzu and Keima start to understand and accept real relationships. Fans of funny romantic stories with a touch of magic will enjoy both anime.

I think you would like The Helpful Fox Senko San because quiet a lot of similarities to Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid. The main reason I would recommend it is because it has a similar base plot a mythical creature (usually female) comes down and helps someone who overworks relax (the main protag). Though The helpful fox Senko San in my opinion is a downgrade to miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid lacking the comedy and the quality of Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid and not having the same level of personality as Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid. But if you are really yearning for some more Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid and have watched it three times over then I would recommend the Helpful Fox Senko San.

Lv2 kara Cheat datta Motoyuusha Kouho no Mattari Isekai Life
I didn't see these two shows being compared to one another so I guess I'll do it... These shows are almost identical in some ways, both are Isekai where the protagonist is somewhat non-confrontative with the outside world because of circumstances in their old world, in slime 300 that is because the protag overworked in her previous life and doesn't want to think about putting too much pressure on her and her peers while in lvl 2 the protag is against attacking any race just because of that race. Both are also incredibly powerful and arguably the most powerful beings in their worlds and as a result a lot of trouble comes their way anyway, for slime 300 that is through various reasons among which people trying to test their strength against her and her house mates running into political trouble while in lvl 2 different sides of the human-demon conflict going on the show keep trying to draft him. In the end though, their chill/calm lives are allowed to happen in a silent town away from conflict and they both gather groups of friends due to the circumstances of the show (often through previous combat). Interestingly enough, they both become overpowered after killing slime. Differences are: lvl 2 takes place on the backdrop of a demon/human war which is often an important plot point, lvl 2 has actual romance in it while slime 300 mainly has a lot of yuri baiting and finally, slime 300 seems to lack a permanent antagonist while lvl 2 has somewhat of a hostile team rocket like character that tries (and fails) to ruin the protagonist's life.

Both animes (and other adaptions) have a serious tone with an accompanying group of close friends or interweaving relationships. The main character is OP and has a special *only me* talent. They also both have a younger sister. Both are looked down on a lot because their abilities don't match up with the mainstream beliefs of strength. Before their power is revealed they are practically considered the weakest. The main character is brought out during a climax to solve a catastrophe-level problem and both practically solve it alone. Mahouka is lighter, while Solo is heavier and more serious, but they have a similar feel regardless.
