10/10

FMA: Brotherhood was nearly flawless not only because of the amazing story but also because of memorable characters. You quickly become engrossed into this world as you learn about the characters, the struggles that they each go through and how they change. This spotlight isn't just reserved for the "main" character or even just the good guys but we are also informed about the "bad" guys and their struggles. I was truly unable to find a SINGLE character that I found boring, annoying or bland which tends to be true in every other anime.

The writer wasted NO time with insignificant fillers or "fan service". Every ...

Story 8/10
It's been done before. Man meets god/goddess or any other supernatural being. However, what makes this different from other similar series is the relationship and the bond these two develop and share

Art 7/10
The character's are well drawn, lovable and memorable (especially Horo). However, the drawback is the animation. The animation is mediocre.

Sound 8/10
Voice acting was good, sound track was good, etc.

Character 10/10
I'd rate it 11 If I could. Horo is one of the best character's I've ever seen. You can't help but fall in love with her character! Her personality makes her a very realistic character. She's beautiful, cunning, smart, wise, sensitive but at ...

Gungrave (Anime) add
The story follows the growth of two men as they rise from poverty and hopelessness into something bigger than they ever imagined. However, with great things there's always great danger and trouble. The series emphasizes a lot on the elements of ambition, power, loyalty, revenge and some romance.

Gungrave is a seinen. It gets straight to the point. It does not beat around the bush and drag any part of the plot unlike shounens. Lot of violence, gore and other mature elements.

The story itself is pretty cliche. However, it is still entertaining and worth the watch.

Mixed Feelings
Vampire Knight : Guilty is one of those series that makes me want to stop watching deep animes and stick to silly romance animes where the ending is always happy. The first season was awesome, but the part 2 was a let down.

[spoilers]
What is the point for the ending? The ENTIRE series revolved around a certain goal. The school, the teachers, the bonds, the story itself had the same goal. Yet with the ending given, It completely makes no sense. 10 hours of episodes spent focusing on one goal, co-existence amongst all groups, yet zero's actions at the end doesn't do anything for that goal.

The ...

Preliminary (5/26 eps)
The story was pretty cliche but very love-able. The main characters relationships develops very early in the anime, unlike those series where the literally spend the entire series goofing around and never confessing. There's a lot of time focused on the relationship itself, rather than the chase.

Everything about it is great, but there's a simple reason why I rated it 1/10... The subs S-U-C-K. Whoever subbed this show, can go hang himself. Some episodes (if not all) are missing tons of subs throughout an episode. They'll speak back and forth with no lines subbed, then suddenly one line of sub appears and immediately disappears ...

When I first read the reviews and the ratings, I knew this was a series that I had to check out for myself. The first few episodes didn't appeal to me at all, but I figured the pace might change later in the series, but no, it does not happen.

If you don't like the anime in the first 5 episodes, you won't like the rest of it. It's the same repetitiveness with more explosions, different enemies and more allies.

I think the anime is extremely overrated. Albeit, that doesn't mean it's bad. It was enjoyable, but it didn't put me at the edge of my seat ...

Special A (Anime) add
Special A is a typical anime about 7 high school kids who overtime develop a strong bond of friendship and romance.

One of the major pros that kept me interested was the fact that it wasn't "filler-ish". You've all seen those school/slice-of-life anime who are really episodic in which every episode would feel completely random and out of the blue. Special A stuck to the storyline and the characters.

Another positive key is that the story and all the characters are really positive. There are no events that leave you frustrated and wishing it should have gone differently. It really satisfied me knowing it was ...

10/10. Completely stunning, I am speechless. I'm completely stunned at the moment, It's incredible how powerful the series and the ending came about.

I was skeptical at first. Being a mecha anime, I thought it would be bland and sugarcoated with lot of special effects to replace its lack of depth and plot, how wrong was I.

Story 10/10
The story is VERY well executed, and the twists are completely stunning. You will be at the edge of your seat every second, It was like a roller coaster ride watching Code Geass. As every episode rolled, you saw the picture form slowly and vividly.

Art 10/10
Just flawless ...

10/10, this was beyond amazing.

I was first skeptical because it looked like a typical mecha anime, but was i proven wrong. The dialogue, story, voice acting, art, sound, character development... it was beyond superb. One of the best endings of anime, I've never cried so much.

If you haven't seen this anime, watch it because you will not be dissapointed.

Preliminary (27/43 eps)
A friend recommended me this show a while ago. I decided to read the synopsis and i was definitely skeptical at first. However, just by watching the FIRST episode, i was totally hooked and impressed. I knew from just the first episode, it was gonna be something special, and it was. Although I haven't finished the series yet, I'm enjoying EVERY episode. Just how did they make it so interesting? It's amazing. The script writer can take a "boring" or common situation and completely twist it around into something that will burst you into tears of laughter.

Story
