Wanted to start off saying the art is outstanding and consistent, great visual storytelling and made me laugh in some brilliantly composed panels
The theme is something that is rare to be depicted in Japanese media that doesn't have teenage girls as their target audience, and a great portrayal of it at that
But it really felt like much of the story was crammed in because of the low number of chapters to fit it in, if we had more than 1-2 volumes I'm pretty sure it would be a 10 from me

Amazing short stories, all sharing the common theme of a carnivore and a herbivore co-existing in the same society (with a few exceptions) with (if I remember correctly) 2 Beastars spin-offs
Paru Itagaki's art drastically improves in the middle of the manga, along with her incredible storytelling skills (can't stress this enough), you'll definitely miss details if you're not deeply observing the visuals Very enjoyable read that made me laugh multiple times, and manga rarely if ever makes me laugh It's great for what it is, all I could ask for are more chapters but I doubt we'll have more any time soon seeing that Sanda is coming ...

Masterpiece, I don't think anything will ever top this for me
This is one of those pieces of art that "you either get it or you don't", no inbetween. Seem loads of people complaining and complaining about meaningless minor stuff, if that's you, just stop, it's okay for it to not hit home for you, you don't have to whine on the internet trying to be a contrarian Beautiful surreal symbolism and absolutely breathtaking art, very autobiographical from the author and definitely hit it home for me.
