Honestly this is probably the most unique series I've seen, most of the show(ep2-10) consists of one episode stories that are stunning visually and on the bad side plotwise(..they basically made 10 or so complete independent stories in one anime which is quite a bad idea to begin with, ig it could have been a lot worse than it is).
From ep 11 the story continues and becomes connected it's the most interesting part in my opinion, so you can skip everything and just watch it after episode 1 since they are giving a short replay

It's really different from any other anime, everything happens inside ... a dream and they use it to its fullest

overall it's a nice show to watch while eating

Tengoku Daimakyo is a pretty enjoyable show that stands out with its intresting world setup and emphasis to small details that give hints to some events and characters background., great visuals/animation nice op and ending.
It do have flaws like some character decisions or events are unreasonable and so, also dont expect much of the story development. This anime is just about 2 characters wondering the ruins of remaining city with periodical offset to another story/timeline —> I'd rather watch it as a cozy slice-of-life sci-fi adventure of two characters in a post-apocalyptic world with a nice ground to think about what is going on around..
one of ... the best anime 2020-2024 imho
