That friend (who I met on MAL four years ago) told me about how he bought the Corpse Party game and he mentioned a fancy limited edition, but I don't recall the details. We've been playing Borderlands 2 together. It's FPS with RPG elements and hilarious dialogue.
I have nothing but free time, yet it feels like I have no time to get things done simply because I spend my time on so many things. XD
Music is my main hobby. I used to perform music. (Even with celebrities a few times.) Now I only listen, but I plan on releasing my own music in various genres someday. There isn't much money in the music industry (even for most famous artists) so I'll probably just do it for the sake of passion rather than trying to turn it into a career.
Speaking of games with primitive graphics...a friend of mine wants me to create more art inspired by the two main characters of this game. Earlier this year I did some that turned out well, but for the last few months I haven't felt like investing the time and energy into it.

I'm glad. Lots of people hate it, but I think there was so much heart put into making it. The soundtrack alone was released on nine CDs. (Sadly, only in limited edition Japanese Blu-ray box sets that would cost many hundreds to collect.) I appreciated that the composer made unique songs for most of the scenes, unlike many series that reuse tracks too much.
lol... By coincidence, recently my gaming teammate and I briefly talked about Higurashi, Corpse Party, Elfen Lied and Lain. He hasn't seen the latter two yet.

Those two series are great. : D You have some pretty good ones in your faves, too. ^^. Gotta say, it's been probably over fifteen years since I watched School Days, and damn, did it leave an impression, lol.

Thanks for the kind words. It really means a lot to see others appreciate me since the anime community seems hostile twoards individuals such as myself. Hopefully that changes more over time and the toxicity in our community will subside

Ah, I appreciate you saying so and right back at ya, regarding taste. Hopefully we'll get more Higurashi and Elfen Lied-tier series in the anime medium in the future - just more good horror, thriller, tragic romances and psychological dramas, etc. - just solid and formidable well-written stories of any genre, really, as opposed to the usual seasonal isekai power fantasy fare.

I understand why you like Higurashi more, then the second season is really too good and I really like the ending, instead I recommend Corpse Party to the last one released and then Book Of Shadows which are really beautiful
