Actually I think the Kotomi route in the anime is better than the vn, no sure if I've mentioned before.
The latter has too many places where it has only texts with black screens, also I think the music in anime is done better with the visuals.

But yeah, when I watched Air, I feel that the two routes before the Misuzu route are almost irrelevant to the main route, also there are some plots I don't really get. Interesting to know that Air and Kanon have similar playtime btw.

Actually only Kanon and Clannad(not finished), since I don't have that much time, I wished played more of them when I had time a few years ago!

Oh yeah, forgot to put Planetarian, probably close to Air for me.

We were talking about Little busters last time, and overall I really like it, the main plot twist happened in the last 1/6 of the series, which is kind of weird in terms of pacing. So what do you think about it?

Also do you know there's a movie after it called Kud wafter?(focused on Riki and Kudo's relationship)

So for now, my ranking for series from Key studio is probably like this:
Kanon>Clannad>Little busters>Angel beats>Air>Charlotte>Primal doll>Kamisama ni Natta Hi

I finished Rewrite s1 and don't really know what's going on, and I heard that the anime adaptation is not that good, so I won't watch s2 until I finished the vn, which will take a lot of time, not sure when I'll get there given the time I have now.😅

How are you doing then? Watching anything interesting?

Looking forward to it, yeah, Kengo doesn't have that much screen time in s1, also I'm surprised that s1 nearly has no romance elements, which is rare for Key studio series. But I know the focus of Little busters is friendship.

I finished Little busters s1!!! Really like it, it feels like Clannad s1 though, and the ending revealed some major things for s2.

My favorite character so far is probably Kuto, way too cute and her story(in s1) is also really nice. But I think the story of Haruka is the best so far.

Surprising that you like op2 so much! I think it's good but there are so many other ops that are better.
My only problem with op8 is its song, just not that good, the visuals is pretty good though.

I feel Gintama eds are very underrated, a lot of them are such bangers.

I came out with my temporary ranking! Songs that are above the "---" means it's in my playlist.

It will be quite hard for me to rank because there are so many bangers songs in Gintama~(I added around 19 openings and 20 endings)

Oh, no, it's an amazing song but how the song ends is kind of weird to me, just stopped abruptly.
The first time listening to the song makes me feel "oh, the finale is here", it really has the ending vibes.
(the semi final uses it as its ed)

And I'm thinking to make a thread about "your favorite Gintama op/ed", it would take some time to make, there are like 50~60 songs!

Yeah, I have, they are all really great, especially the second one, a bit confusing though, the timeline.
I finished the final movie yesterday, and it was a fantastic ending!!!

There are only two things I hope it could've been a little better:
1. The final fight could be a little bit longer (Gintoki vs Utsuro)
2. The end of the final song "轍～Wadachi～" is kind of weird, just stopped suddenly.

I added Gintama songs to my playlist yesterday(around 39 songs), and I picked "仲間" as the final song(after 轍～Wadachi～), I think it's a great choice for the last song.

I just finished Gintama semi final today! And I'll finish the final movie tomorrow~
So excited but also kind of sad that the half-year journey is over.

btw how the silver arc ends completely blew my mind, though I already know the two titles of the last episode, I still never thought it would end it like that, so funny and absurd. Also I originally thought the semi final and the final movie is after silver soul arc but it's actually the conclusion to the arc and the final chapter of the series.

It's a tough choice.
Actually I would prefer to make Shougun assassination arc and Farewell shinsengumi into one big arc since they're directly connected with each other.

So my favorite arc so far is either that or Silver soul arc.
Also it surprised me that this arc is not mentioned that much compared to the two arcs of s3. (haven't finished it though, and it's amazing)

Pretty awesome! I watched to the final part of the final arc(Shirogane no tamashi hen), the part where 2 years have passed, really curious what's going to happen, like is there going to be a time travel or explain what happened in the end. (Don't tell me if you know)
