Is Psycho Pass that good? In your personal opinion?

Hey! Its been a while, more than a month in-fact, but i felt like talking to someone who has a clear view on anime and is pleasant to talk to so here i am. Well, the season has just about ended, what were your highlights for this season, i don't think i can say yet as i haven't come to finishing all the anime i started this season :P but if i had to say a good anime this season, it would actually be Rokujouma no Shinryakusha!?. To put it simply, i know people would say 'Uuuugh its a harem kill it with fire *moaning*' but i would say its what a 'Harem' if you would call it should be. Each character has different...er.....characteristics and aren't similar in almost the slightest, which is great as they have different connections to the mc, and the sound/art were good, and deserve some credit, and that it cut very short, but whats your favorite this season?

Yeah, If there were any new series i could say was anywhere near to making a crater was MAYBE No Game No Life, but with my current knowledge I can't think of anything else, but i think anime that made a crater in the industry are usually older anime, like Macross for example.

Oh yeah, this may seem out of the blue, but after catching up with the series lately what do you think of Aldnoah.Zero. Thinks its quite unexpectedly good, it has a deep enough story, great art and sound, and also decent characters, but i think the best thing about this anime are the battle scenes. Along with the art and sound, the explosions and rubble etc is well animated and the sound really amps up the atmosphere, and not to mention the actual battles themselves being very entertaining.

I think a question you can work on a bit more is: What anime to you think made a crater in the industry? So basically maybe changed the way anime is even slightly.

I don't think you're a hater, but more like someone who thinks before approaching something, and i'm not sure if i can reach your level of thinking :P

I haven't actually watched DBZ yet, sooner or later i'm gonna try to get around to doing it, but for now its a bit far from my mind

I am completely aware that there are a lot of people that maybe don't try to read between the lines when watching the anime and maybe think 'BEST THING EVER!!1!', and i most likely didn't really justify it enough to have a more accurate opinion on it, so its quite good to be able to read the opinion of someone who did, aka you. I know that its just your opinion, but i think its made me justify my opinion of SAO, definitely not to the point that i think its bad, it entertained me quite a bit and i think thats the most important opinion, but it has changed my ofter-opinion of it. Personally i don't think i'm some sort of fanboy/girl for it, i mean i did enjoy it, but not to the point i was like 'YUS, 10/10 BEST ANIME EVUR'. I'll look forward to your blog post/review explaining your full opinion of SAO in general.

And about the part of copying the concept, while i do think people made anime like 'Log Horizon' with SAO's concept in thought, i think in some they did try to change it up a bit, and maybe tie some different things up with it.

What anime do think are genuinely amazing in their own rights in your opinion?

Personally, i'm just happy that i can have a second season of SAO to watch, but i don't expect it to rival the likes of the first arc, i think it had all of the right elements, and should of been the season itself, but I don't want to shrug off SAO II because it still has a remarkable amount of episodes left and i think right now, apart from those first 3 or so episodes, it hasn't done extremely bad to write it off, in face, to not lie i've enjoyed the episodes from four up. As for DRAMAtical Murder, i watched a bit of the first episode, but i knew that i wouldn't like it, which i agree that i may not have given it a chance, but meh. Do you think SAO II can make a comeback form your current thoughts on it?

I think you have every right so set the bar high :) and i think you'll get what you're looking for, but without spoiling anything, the best of the anime starts at about the 100th episode. I just wanted to say not to stop before you reach episode 20 or so because i see a lot of people judge the anime only on the first 20 or so where as you said is an opportunity to get to know the characters etc, which can grind my gears sometimes :P. Anyways, how do you think this seasons been going recently or as a whole? I think for now its quite decent.

I see you're watching Katekyo Hitman Reborn, though you haven't given it a score yet, i hope you're enjoying it, the first 20 or so episodes aren't that great but after that it really picks up. If you want tell me what you think about it for the moment :)
