Best described as carefree and easy-minded, but very caring & helpful.

Being an Asian (to be exact Vietnamese), I got hooked into the otaku world by reading popular manga: DC, Dr.Slump, Dragon Ball Z, Doraemon, etc. before age of 10. During the middle & high school, I have read many other as well, though I don't remember much of most of them by now.

Though I have seen Sailor Moon & few others in elementary school, I have been really got hooked in watching anime since spring '07 after 2.5 weeks of all-nighters to catch up with Naruto series (note: to all good & bad children, please don't try it).

My personal genre preference is as the following:
1) Comedy (absolutely 1st)
2) Mystery (solid 2nd place)
3-Inf)...

Likely, the favorite genre combination is rom-com :-3 What can be better than watching comedy filled with nice 2-D girls, but the comedy elements are still a deciding factor. Additionally, I highly consider factors like story/plot, uniqueness, creativity :-D

My rating system:
10+ - Masterpiece, my favorites
9 - Top/Best of its genre, impressive series
8 - Very good
7 - Good, but still lacking sth to be rated higher
6 - Above-average
5 - Average - "the watermark"
4 - Bad, almost 'unwatchable/unreadable' by my standards
3- - Below this mark is *bleep* *bleep* *bleep* ;-)

The system is primarily based on my liking. Though 7 for mecha show does not necessarily mean the same as 7 for the comedy show :-P
