whenever things in the show start to go well and there's hope that it might get better, that's when this show likes to shatter your dreams and just bring everything back down to ruin.

it's still a 6/10 because it looked nice and had good music and i can understand how someone could potentially enjoy such a dumb story. it also wasn't that bad 100% of the time. i might just be being a bit generous but surprisingly i did find a couple redeeming qualities. that still doesn't mean this show is worth watching unless you enjoy hurting yourself mentally.

watching an anime about a an old guy who got turned into a machine flying around beating up the yakuza made me realise how desensitised you can become after watching a lot of anime

the story is weird yet beautiful. i mean i can understand why it wouldn't be watchable for some people, cause yeah it's strange but if you do give it a chance i think you'll have a decent experience at the very least.

the characters are good and mostly believable. they're the key component of the story and are portrayed very well, where each character shown has an impact on the events that ... will unfold. every character is somewhat flawed and is trying to find their own self-worth which makes it interesting to see how they go about it in completely different ways. it's hard to point out what's good about the anime because other than the characters, everything else is just decent. the main thing that i liked about the anime, was that it was just fun and enjoyable. it had a deeper meaning but it was a simple easy-to-understand concept that only made the experience better.

however the mediocre artstyle, including the sheer amount of 3d animation used didn't really enhance the experience much, but i can't say it took much away either. it was just very average. there were also moments in the anime that were funny when they shouldn't have been or were just genuinely a bit over the top which sometimes really broke the immersion.

overall it was just a fun short watch. it's really hard to talk about the show cause it was just alright. i'd give it a 7/10 because it just feels like it had a lot more potential than it knew what to do with

i would recommend watching it if you can stomach the strangeness of the show. because although it's weird as fuck, you can learn to appreciate it :)

also the 'bang' memes are pretty good

uhhhhhh so the concept is dope. it's a very unique story, definitely nothing i've seen before. when i heard about the concept i knew i needed to read this.

oh boy i didnt know what i was getting myself into

the longer the story went on, the worse it got. the characters were boring and sometimes irritating. plot twists were being pulled out of nowhere and it just completely took away from the once unique story. oh yeah plus it got a bit predictable and the ending was a half-assed attempt at something deep but ended up being cliche and awkward (and ruined a character but most ... characters were bad to begin with)

on the bright side, the gore and death scenes are what made me actually sit through and finish this manga. they were so detailed and gruesome even if sometimes unrealistic. i mean unless all these people were actually wax figures without bones in their bodies.

overall the story was half-good, half-dogshit and thats what ruined the whole manga. everything else was either good, decent or at least tolerable. in my eyes that deserves a 6/10 cause it really wasn't that good, but it wasn't bad.

i wouldn't recommend anyone to read it unless they want to find out what brought the manga down or if they wants to see the shreds of a good story and an original thrilling concept. oh yeah plus the death scenes :)

interesting story and not a bad cast of characters. the op and ed are dummy good and overall the concept of a world of stopped time hasn't really been explored much before

sadly the story gets a bit weird in the final few episodes and a lot happens fast that doesn't really make much sense or doesn't get explained

overall a 7/10, because although it was a pretty fun watch, the show had so much more potential and just didn't execute all of its ideas in the best way

would recommend watching it if you like the concept, but i cant imagine ever rewatching it
