I also liked a lot Girls und Panzer! I tend to avoid/dislike pretty much every military anime, but I'm glad that I gave a try to that anime, it was soo fun.
Yes! I watched K-On! 2-3 months ago and I felt in love with moe anime, I have been watching a lot of them lately (with Kiniro Mosaic being in the way to become my personal favourite of the genre, it's just so great!), I also have a list of other moe anime to watch as soon as I finish the ones I'm watching.
I'm watching GochiUsa as well and I'm also enjoying it, and I will have to give a second try to Yuru Yuri in the future, because I watched it more than one year ago, back when I started watching anime, and back then I was in complete denial of me enjoying a cute girls anime, oh boy, times sure changed heh
I did the same until I watched the whole Zero no Tsukama series (around 50 episodes) and I regretted everything about it, since then I just started dropping stuff.
The thing is that I still tend to stick to any anime that is popular/highly rated just so I have an opinion when discussing about it (mainly on Reddit), 2 weeks ago I finally finished Season 1 of Gintama after 1 year and a half of finding it "meh" at best, I'm so dumb...
Anyways, 90% of my drops are seasonal anime, I give a try to pretty much all the ones that get translated to make sure that I won't miss any that I would like (even if their MAL score is low), after that I just drop the ones that I don't like, or if following way too many, the ones that I just don't have time to (so the ones I care less of the ones I like), at the end of the season I tend to pick up 2 or 3 of the dropped ones that got a nice score on MAL anyways.
Yep, I can understand why tho, it took 6 years for 7 volumes (IIRC there was like a 2 years delay between 6 and the last, it was worth for such end of the story anyways) and it's really dark, so a lot of people was put off due to that, oh, and most importantly, the girls had personality and they weren't just harem members, looking at you Re:Zero (sigh, with how much I liked it at the start, and now everytime I think about that anime, it's for negative stuff).
In my case I tend to just give a try instantly to something that interests me, if I stop to think about it, I will end up not watching/reading it for months, HakoMari looked nice and I gave it a try, even if I never read a light novel before, and damn, it was worth it.
I'm waiting for HakoMari and Kaguya to get english releases sooner or later to start buying stuff about them (not sure if HakoMari will get them tho...) I never bought anything except a KonoSuba poster before, but I would like to have stuff from this two.
I gave a try to Grand Blue and after reading 3 chapters I wasn't liking it tbh, I have very little patience with manga in general, they need to hook me right from the start, anyways, you're not the only one that recommend it to me already, so I might give it a second chance, thanks!
