Everybody seems to explain their ratings, so I will too. I kinda just rate mine as a mix of how objectively good I feel they are in my opinion for what I like and look for, combined with varying amounts of how much I actually enjoyed it depending on the show. The most important thing to me in most anime is probably having good, well written characters. Story, plot, cute girls, all that stuff is good too, but comes second to good characters for me most of the time.

-So 10's are basically perfect to me, just something flawless that I love, I'm not incredibly picky or harsh so I have quite a few, though the important ones are down there in my favorites list.
-9's are maybe something I enjoyed it as much as my 10's but didn't feel like it was quite perfect, or something that was well made but didn't enjoy or almost perfect but with a few standout flaws.
-8's are very very good to me, but further from flawless in some ways.
-7 is my average good anime score if it was a good balance of many things and enjoyable overall but average in other ways, it'll probably get a 7, or if it's something fairly good with some flaws that I didn't like.
-6 is not bad to me at all, it's something above average in many ways but nothing amazing, or something with some amazing qualities but some really bad ones to me, or maybe something fairly flawed but I still enjoyed a lot.
-5 is truly average for me, not great, not awful, or maybe a good mix of both to put them in the middle.
-And the few things I have below that are varying degrees of bad to me for various reasons.
