Despite the "L" sound not existing in Japanese, his name is usually written as "Leiji," as that's the way he intended it to be written in English.

The "Leijiverse" refers to anime created by "Leiji Matsumoto." His most famous works are "Captain Harlock," "Galaxy Express 999" "Space Battleship Yamato" and "Queen Millennia."

A little bit of everything kind of. I used to draw and write poetry(some were kinda songs) but havent lately. I mostly research psychology, pharmacology, complimentary medicine stuff to try to help people. I also learn about different religious or spiritual beliefs including hermeticism and occultism.

Recommendations for the current year's season? I'm using https://anidb.net/anime/?do.update=1&h=1&noalias=1&orderby.name=1.1&orderby.rating=0.2&season.year=2023 and watch top down. Works fairly well because anidb's predictive power is good for my particular case.

Thanks for your understanding. Not only that I haven't time for a new media format, my anime consumption is also stalling already. So I have watched fewer than ten 2023 shows. My highest so far is Hikari no Ou (2023) at 7.5/10, runner up Tengoku Daimakyou (2023) at 7/10. Hikari no Ou is pure art-house, you have been warned.

As for being unfiltered and direct, it's both curse and blessing. Just like you have a hard time to turn your filter off, I have a hard time switching it on. Working on it too :D

Damn, you are excited for Natsume, aren’t ya :D I’m happy for you! I think I would be excited for new K-On!, but the story was wrapped up nicely, so I dunno… But I can tell you what would be my equivalent for your excitement lvl for new Natsume. A new season of Girls’ Last Tour! I would be jumping up and down all over my room haha. The anime adaptation, while being excellent, is not finished :( There is a fair bit of manga left to adapt!

Speaking of Finland, I recently found out that the Finnish flag is based on the Russian Naval ensign o: (It was adopted by Peter the Great. St. Andrew is considered to be “Patron of Russia” as well as many others. Scotland, famously adopting st. Andrew’s cross as their national flag)

The Nyländska Jaktklubben yachting ensign was based on the Neva Yacht Club’s flag, the oldest Yacht Club in the world (although it is challenged by the Irish Royal Cork Yacht Club) The Neva Yacht Club founded by, again, Peter The Great, had a flag based on the Russian Naval Ensign o:
