This show is probably the most impressive 11 episode series I've ever seen. Not only is it completely fresh and original in feeling, but the entire show is also incredibly fast paced and keeps you guessing from episode 1. If you like shows that will keep you on the edge of your seat and relatable characters in untreatable situations then I think you'll love this anime.

Though at first I wasn't too bit on the style of the art work I grew to love it. I think it fits the way the story is filmed and kind of gives it an 'almost real' ... and slightly futuristic feel.

The sound is great. I had no idea that Oasis was the band that played the opening theme until the music video came out for it. This anime actually has surprisingly good English... (when they're in Washington DC) though it still sounds a bit funny.

The characters are all really interesting...especially the Selecaos. Takizawa Akira is one of the most interesting characters I've seen in an anime in a long time and I was really impressed with how they pulled off a light-hearted guy who had no idea who he was. I also liked the nerdy "Pantsu" and the cute Saki-chan.

Overall I gave it a 10 because I feel like its one of those series you could watch a dozen times and always feel like you'd seen something new. I'd reccomend this one to anyone. It's a great new anime for 2009!

It took me a long time to finally sit down and watch this anime and not because of the shonen ai themes...because of the cat ears. Normally I'm just not a cat-ear type of girl, but after watching the first episode or two and realizing the importance of the cat ears and their overall symbolism in the show I was incredibly hooked.

The story was beautiful and well written, however, I gave the story a 9 because I believe that there was a lot left unsaid. It was almost as if they were waiting for a second season that never came to ease up some questions ... about Seven Moons and Seimei. Aside from that it was just brilliant. The characters are easy to love and relate and you find yourself feeling their emotions as the story progresses. The story deals with the issues of pain and loss and the light of hope that new love brings.

I thought the music throughout the series was also very beautiful and alluring. So overall I gave this show a 9. It is one of my favorites that I've seen in a while and I ended up watching the entire series in one night.

I can't stress how completely amaing this manga is. I started out watching the anime and when the episodes wouldn't come fast enough I began reading the manga...and now I'm waiting for each chapter to come out.

I've always liked interesting spins on Alice in Wonderland and this one tops them all for me. All the characters are interesting, deeper than they look, and keep you guessing as to who they really are and what secrets they are hiding. Where some characters may have come off as cliche in the first few chapters it is revealed later on that they have much darker and deeper pasts ... than you could ever guess. It's hard for me to write too much without spoiling it, but if you're looking for a good manga to read really should try this one out.

This manga has some of my favorite anime characters and probably one of the best storylines I've ever read. The art work is beautiful and it really lives up to all expectations. I just hope they keep the gore from the manga in the anime. All in all I give it a perfect 10 though I wouldn't reccomend it for younger children... when you get to around chapter 20-25 or so you'll understand what I mean.

I would just like to say that this is the very first anime I've given a 10 to without watching it in its entirety. I've always enjoyed twists on Alice in Wonderland and I love the darker genre of anime so needless to say Pandora Hearts drew me in right away.

The synopsis doesn't do the story justice. Imagine being 15 and having everything and then being sucked into a world that is similar to a broken toy box where the dolls try to eat you. Thats just what Oz Bezarius goes through on his coming of age ceremony on his birthday. I won't say ... much more or else I could spoil something, but trust me that the story is up to par.

The art was brilliant. It's hard for me to watch an anime with bad artwork so I try to choose those with characters that are pleasing to look at. The fight scenes and magic are also very well played in this anime. I think my only complaint is not with the art-work itself, but with the quality. Having to wait each week you take what you get and sometimes the colors/etc. look dull in the fan-subs.

I love the music! This is one of the few anime that I just can't get enough of the opening theme. Parallel Hearts by Function Junction is awesome. If you have time look it up on YouTube...there are a lot of people who have done piano and accoustic versions of it that are just wonderful. I also really like the music box melody and just in general the music is great throughout. It presents the anime with a whimsical and yet forboding feel.

The characters are amazing. Theres something for everyone from the crazy and weird humored (Break) to the broody and mysterious (Raven) to the over-powered and short tempered girl (Alice) to the flirty kid who has a lot more pain hidden than you'd think (Oz) and even the girl that hardly talks but knows how to take down anyone (Echo).

Enjoyment and Overall both get a perfect 10. This is probably the first anime in a long time that I just can't get enough of. Though the entire series isn't out yet after you watch a few episodes you'll be sitting on your computer each Saturday waiting for the next one to come out too!

I started watching this anime with absolutely no expectations whatsoever. I was just looking for something cute and fluffy and got something completely unexpected. Where this anime is listed as a magical girl anime (and it is) it is so much more than that. The romance in this anime is better than most in any that I've watched before.

The story line was great. This is the first anime I had watched with less than 26 episodes and felt satisfied with the ending. They made you love the characters and by the end you're cheering them on. The whole "collecting stardrops" thing is typical of any ... magical girl anime, but the way they didn't center the entire show around only catching one stardrop each time made me happy.

I haven't watched this in a few days so I'm not really sure how great the sound track was but I went ahead and gave it a high rating. My theory is, if you don't remember that you hated the sound then they probably did their job right...and if you remember it being brilliant and want to buy the cd then they did an exceptional job. The sound was not exceptional in this one, but it was acceptable.

I loved the characters...namely Tsuwabuki (Yuki-chan). I thought they were all memorable and you end up feeling for them in the end. There are a few characters that are unexplained and don't really have a role in the show, but the fillers aren't as bad as most magical girl anime shows.

Overall I gave this anime a 9. I was plesently surprised and this is probably one of the maybe two magical girl anime that I would reccomend to those that usually don't buy into cutesy frilly anime shows, but do enjoy a good romance.

Amazingly this is probably one of my favorite anime of all time. The characters, artwork and music all draw you in and you find yourself captivated by what each character is hiding and what will happen next.

I would have given a perfect 10 across the board, but there were some parts at the end that would have been better explained in more detail. Not to say the ending wasn't good. I think the ends pretty much perfectly for the way the series was laid out, but once you watch it you'll understand what I mean. I think the story should get about a 9.5 ... because dispite the parts that were left out I think any story that can move you to both laughter and tears and make you feel for the characters really deserves a high rating.

The art and sound both get 10s in my book. They work wonderfully together and really enhance the mood and feel of the show.

I gave 10s to the character development and the enjoyment factor of the show as well. It's very easy to get attached to the characters in this show from the goofy ones (Grell) to the incredibly serious and slightly depressed ones (Ceil).

Overall, I give it a 10. This is one of the few anime that I've given a 10 to and I think it deserves it. I hope you check it out! ;)
