I don't have any lite novels or manga at the moment. As far as i know (and maybe you do to), Season 1 covered the 1st and 2nd novels, Season 2 covered the 3rd and 5th novels (skipping novel 4). Yen Press covers the novel releases in English, check out their website. They do have some other novels coming, but they seem to be long waiting periods between new editions (why? maybe it has something to do with rights etc.)
I'm not positive on how much the manga covers (i believe they have books 1-3 covered.
The last (according to Isuna) light novel was just released (novel 16). I'm sure they'll be some more side stories or potential OVA in the future. But I'm have no clue as to how the author ended it (and don't want to know until either another anime is released or wait until the other novels or translated.)
seems to be a waiting game for English readers or fingers crossed for more anime.
Dubs, no idea. I don't watch 'em.
For the most part, English voice actors can't even get close to the quality of their Japanese counterparts.
As for other anime to watch... Wow, there's a lot.
Some that you really should watch though, Code Geass, Katanagatari, Higashi no Eden, Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, Densetsu no Yuusha no Densetsu, Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann, Neon Genesis Evangelion, Bakemonogatari, and I can go on naming a bunch of other worthwhile anime, but there's a good start.
Hardly remembered writing that, actually. It was a while ago, after all.
*skims through the rest*
Well, as for season 3, still haven't heard anything. As in, not anything at all, meaning it's either not planned yet or they're just very good at hiding stuff.
And I have no idea if anyone's translating the light novels. If anyone, it'd probably be Baka-tsuki, but their site seems to be down (or otherwise really slow) right now.
