Quick Review - No Spoilers

Honestly I dropped this after 2 episodes but something came to me and whispered in my ear like it's payday saying spoil yourself and I did, I said lets give it a real go it had 13 episodes out so lets just do it.

Story - 9 = Get pass the first 3 to 4 episodes and most of the fan service ass is then spread out here and there which opens up the story.
Art - 7 = Everything is good expect for the mechs, they look very Saturday morning cartoon-ish which is not in a bad thing as the fight ... scenes are fluid unlike the CGI mech fights of other shows.
Sound - 6 = some tracks got me, so I might be interested in the OST.
Characters - 7 = As the story goes on they improve, although first impressions are lasting ones for some.
Enjoyment - 8 = It's studio Trigger so fan service plus great fight is expected, thankfully this isn't Kill La Kill which was funny but I could not get past that uniform.
Overall - 9 = Got better with time, it went from a 6 to a 9.

The THOT = get super annoying - you will know who I'm talking about as you go along.

The World Building.
Mech Controls = Females as the mental connect and males as the rider, unlike Pacific Rim or Power rangers, etc.

Give it a try, just get yourself past the first 4 episodes and then it gets interesting.
