I used to watch this movie every Diwali on Cartoon Network when I was a kid, it was my favourite movie xD.

Well, he used to watch a shit ton of anime and has surprisingly nice taste, so it's kinda expected of him to have an MAL account.

I knew that this movie was made in Japan but kinda surprised to see this on MAL xD.

Well, Violet was still emotionless and clueless, but I think that the novel portrayed that aspect of her properly.

There’s so much anime I want to see this season, but since I (think I) love the novels I’m solely focusing on this series and also have my hopes up as well.

I'm oki! At the moment Shirobako is on hold; I'm currently watching Ergo Proxy and Violet Evergarden. I'm reading the Kara no Kyoukai novels and the Nichijou manga. I haven't started Bakemonogatari yet :p

So uh, what are your thoughts on Violet Evergarden atm? I've read the novel and tbh I feel like this adaptation is gonna be the biggest disappointment of 2018.

And yes, Relife is good. Better than the anime imo.

Well not exactly fillers, you can imagine it like an anime with a good plot that is going smoothly but suddenly turned into an anime with episodic story because you don't have any content to progress the main plot.
But it's funny so it's fine, but monthly update sucks >_<

Yeah, because rest of the LNs are being translated on baka-tsuki and the official ones aren't out either. They will release Kabuki in April 2018, if I'm not wrong.
I love Horimiya too but right now the thing is, the main story isn't progressing at all. I guess after 45-50 chapters all the chapters are like fillers, unrelated to the main story, and above all, you have to wait an entire month to get an update.
But more Horimiya is always welcome, so I'd love to have an anime adaptation.

I think I have 5-6 LNs in pdf format. I can mail them if you want.

Don't know about Zaregoto, but baka-tsuki doesn't have first 7 volumes of Monogatari. I guess I read the official translation of Kizu, not sure about others.

I'm planning to read it's novel after I finish Monogatari series.

Yeah, although I'm watching many different titles this season but sequels and hyped anime aside, there are 4-5 shows that I'm really enjoying -

Karakai Jouzu no Takagi-san .. (Takagi is damn cute <3)
Sora yori mo Tooi Basho .. (really loved the 2nd episode, my favourite episode of the season so far)
Hakumei to Mikochi .. (iyashikei anime, people have mixed opinion for this one, some people find it boring and some loved it, I'm from the latter one)
Yuru Camp .. (another iyashikei anime, very comfy anime that will sooth your mind and soul xD)

Then there is 3-gatsu no lion 2nd season. If I have to choose a favourite from last season and this one then I'd choose this. Simply exquisite. It is also done by Shaft and they took it to whole new level.
