Hige to Suzu to Shabondama is more similar to the second half of Harukaze no Étranger, as the characters in this manga are in their older 20s and early 30s from the get go. The characters have a similar bubbly guy/serious guy dynamic. It's slice of life and the little plot that shows up is navigating relationship issues.
