Similarity: * Both anime tells a story about a goofy/clumsy character * Both are also iyashikei/SoL and comedy. * Both have episodic undertone, which you can enjoy watching random episode without missing the story much. Key difference: * While in CDD has mainly 4 characters with clumsy characters in various age with their daily life, Atarashii Joushi focused on one character, the boss, (as the title suggest) in workplace background.

...then you might like Aharen-san wa Hakarenai add

Both shares similar topic, environment, and plot, but massive difference in character design. In Komi-san, the female protagonist, Komi Shuuko, is a quiet girl who had trouble to talk due to her communication disorder and male protag., Tadano Hitohito, helps her to socialize with her classmates and he "can read" the "room" thus able to help Komi. However in Aharen-san, Aharen Reina is a girl which is just quiet (even in talking she's almost silent) and Raidou Matsuboshi is just happened sits near her and notices her odd behavior and interprets a little bit misleading. Story and chara development tend to heavy on Komi side (+ additional bonus if you understand the puns behind the character names), while if you want to look for a kawaii-chill anime, Aharen is better.

Both have a lot similarities on the series: the main character are youkai, they're exterminating youkai(s) that have been too exaggerated on their (youkai) task. Based on appearing, they'll appear some time at afternoon-evening, AND THE MAIN CHARA ARE SHOTA. :V But the differences, there's plenty of them; - The place plot: GeGeGe is kinda random, but Hanako-kun is only on school. - Weapons for exterminate? I think so - And some of them that categorized as spoiler ._.

Welp, I can say, the shows is kinda same, but most of them not. Unlike Jibaku Shounen Hanako-kun, the main character of Kyokou Suiri serial is a demigod. Both series is talking about somewhat of "demolishing" the exaggerated youkai(s).

Both using "Gaming" main theme on the series, some elements, stories, time plot, and characters are almost similar each other, especially with the main character of both series. But here's the "slight" differences of both series, if you looking for serious thing-y, watch "Infinite Dendrogram" rather than "BOFURI."
