...then you might like Get Love!!: Field no Ouji-sama add

if you are looking for something that is cute, light and full of fluff, I think "fall in love like a comic" and "get love" is pretty similar. Both the art style is adorable, and the main characters just make you want to pinch them because they are so darn cute. ps, both basically a manga contains the two main characters making out.

If you liked Sei♥Dragon Girl add

...then you might like Special A add

If you are looking for an ironic relationship (yet cute... somewhat) exist between two almost TOO alike guy & girl who just happen to be powerful physically, I think you will find this series enjoyable. Saint Dragon girl has more of a fantasy base, though. If you are not into fantasy things, this might backfire.

If you liked Mint na Bokura add

...then you might like Moe Kare!! add

Surface similarities: -involving twins -going to the same school -multi layers romance I think the real similarity is that the main girl character realizes that the most comfortable one she is with is the one the truly loves... and that's basically she determined her soul mate....ish.

If you liked Rockin'★Heaven add

...then you might like Special A add

Both: school setting guy vs girl (girl hates guy) guys has a story for his badness just minus the super rich part :P

If you liked Rave add

...then you might like 666 Satan add

In terms of characters, both the main guy character has an anti-self that they have to fight, and a supporting main girl character has a surprising past. The ending fight and twist is quite similar, except 666Satan probably have a sadder ending (relatively, but it depends on how you read it). In both manga, the characters (no matter who you are) gets stronger... and converts the evils. In addition, they all hinted some sort of romance and comedy. Oh. They both have strange pets. haha. A bit of a warning though, rave has an art style that resembles One Piece-ish. If you can overcome the art, you will enjoy it as much as 666Satan.

...then you might like Rockin'★Heaven add

They both have a revolution purposed to a school, and it is from the main character that the school and the students starts to change

If you liked Ouran Koukou Host Club add

...then you might like Kiniro no Corda add

If you like the whole one girl surrounded by many many possible guys, ouran is probably the next best choice in mind.
