Here was my comment about Shiki on one of the forums: I just finished Shiki, with both special episodes. First off, the 2 extra episodes are nice to have but one can watch this anime without them. This is an unusual anime in that there is very little BGM to it and there are multitude of characters, but almost none of them are significant. This is about the story of a collision between humans and shiki (vampires) and the characters are secondary. What is even more significant is that this is almost a narrative in that it doesn't take sides. It first appears to side with the humans, but as the story progresses it looks hard at human inhumanity. So, it really looks at both groups with a detached view and leaves the viewer to take sides. I suggest not taking any side and just watching. This is a very bloody series, so if you are against blood, look elsewhere for your entertainment.

You should check out the F/SN visual novel. Even if you don't like reading, it features pictures and voice acting inside it. It also contains a great story!

I'm thinking of using Sekaiichi Hatsukoi if that is ok. It's BL, but I think it fits with the lyrics and mood of the part I have. (undisclosed desires)

Apart from kanon, that I haven't watched yet, I love all the anime in your fav list and the characters in your favs. Especially Kushieda was my fav char from Toradora! too.
Btw, that MEP project with Muse songs, is it still up? I don't have much time to devote to vidding unfortunately, but if it's still going I will try my best with the time I have.
