THESE OVAs MUST BE SEEN BEFORE SEASON 3.
Can't believe an important episode was put in an ova. I mean, it's ok for me, but not everyone watch OVAs. The first episode is just a common episode: termal baths. I loved that trio and Takumi, so funny! The characters are always well-rounded and faithful to themself, reacting in a realistic way. And the second episode is a plot's episode, cuz it introduce all the 10 best students in the Totsuki and an important battle start. So, both OVAs must be seen. You will enjoy them because are also beautiful and funny. Good art style.

This 2 OVAs deserve higher score. This time the MC is not Soma, but Aldini's brothers and Erina. Characters well-rounded, faithful to the series. I love Takumi, he is one of my favorite characters, and I love seeing his cooking with his brother. As italian, I think it's impossibile not liking Aldini's brothers. Honestly I want to see more of Takumi, seeing him cook and above all SPEAK ITALIAN is wonderful. I also loved Erina's ova, I like the development she is having. PS. Takumi seems in love with Soma😂 You will enjoy it cuz funny and good story as always.

I can't believe the low reviews/ratings I'm seeing. Nostalgia makes people less objective. This season, in only its fifth episode, shows the high quality that all of us fans expected and deserved! Finally Tsubasa has the anime it deserves. Really beautiful animations, more in-depth story: the historical version, in fact, cut practically all the off-screen scenes (and not only). On the contrary, this version also focuses well on the characterization of the characters and off-field situations. I wanted to wait until the end of the season before doing a review, but I couldn't bear to see such a well-made remake so criticized, without valid reasons.

This anime is crazy! everyone should see it. I assure you that it deserves a higher rating than the score you see above. 7.74 score? dude I can't believe it's so low. Great special! I chose to watch it after finishing the original series, OVAs and movies, as this special CAN'T be watched before to have reached 800 episodes, to avoid major spoilers. This remake, in addition to remembering the beginning of the story, it adds many interesting details that deepen the events, added to the 2016 graphics. Can't believe this movie has only 7.67 score and that it is considered boring! It's so amazing! First of all it focuses on Heiji, one of the best characters in the series, and Kazuha, two beloved characters who until now had participated as protagonists only in movie 7 (in the others movies they were secondary characters).
