Ahhh I get you. He's making things really complicated lol. I guess that's what the mangaka is trying to do so the story will get more interesting or something. Maybe Kou knows that girl he's comforting likes him? And maybe he kinda likes her back cuz they relate to each other? But he's confused 'cause he's got feelings for Futaba too. Idk, those are just theories but I'm sure we'll all find out in the future chapters. :3
