First off if you havent seen the first season STOP go watch it NOW!
anyways id have to officially say that this season WAS 1000s better because they actually made progress with the characters (ie relationships and backstories)
BUT the only issuse i found in this one is it all kinda feels like a bunch of OVA's. its kinda like they threw the whole original goal of taking class A's stuff, and turned it into one HUGE flashback "almost". only one other thing bugged me is it seems like they didnt make as many vulgar jokes like in the first one. but dont get ... me wrong it was great, and i loved every minute of it.
i HIGHLY recommend it!

regarding season 3 (san!)
unforrently im very VERY VERY disappointed they havent made on "yet" but it doesnt look like there going to funimation hasnt made a US dub yet ether so its look more and more like its not guna happen :/
also i did a little more looking into it on funimation's site they state s2 is episodes 14-26 which is the most a show "USUALLY" only makes

MUST KNOW INFO:
if you watch the first season in ENG dub on funimation's site OR on netflix (or anywere else for that matter)
there are a handful of terms u should know
Kouta Tsuchiya is named voyeur slang for peeping tom pretty much
yoshi called a punishment inspector not a probationary student
the ST wars are called ESP
