I read 'Citrus' synopsis and some reviews and it did not call my attention. I read the manga is better than the anime. About the prejudice thing, it is inherent in the society and it can be mitigated with education, law and respect.
About 'Yosuga no Sora', yes, its story tells about incest and sex scenes happen. What keeps 'Yosuga no Sora' out of the Hentai genre is the fact all sex scenes are brief and cleverly made; you know what happened but it was not explicit. Did not call my attention, too. Incest is a taboo, it deserves to be told but not glorified. People who commit incest are not monsters, they are human beings too. I think 'Koi Kaze' tells about incest the right way.
About taboos, it is dangerous to mix it with erotic content because it lowers the level too much. It becomes futile.

I think the most important parts of your review are focusing on details people normally do not pay attention and adding the japanese point of view, different of a foreigner's point of view. It is anime, a product of japanese culture and folklore, being reviewed by a japanese.
I read your 'Konohana Kitan' review too; as good as your 'Slow Start' review. 'Konohana Kitan', more than a Shoujo Ai or -- more precisely put -- Yuri story, shows love in a complex, delicate, sensitive and, overall, human experience. Erotic scenes are beautiful and natural and served to alleviate the story weight instead of lowering its level becoming foundation for the relationships. Added to what you reviewed, it is the reason 'Konohana Kitan' is so adorable and kind to its characters and the viewer.
